I have some chickens (9) that I believe have some sort of respiratory sickness. These are going to the butcher tomorrow, literally. Anyway, I want to move new chickens into the coop but am unsure if I should wait and/or clean it extremely well. Thanks.

Does anyone have pictures of their Orloff chicks. I ordered some from Strombergs expecting at least a little bit of quality. I know, I know. Anyway, their legs are a dark, drab color. Will it clear with time, or stay that color?

I gave my friend a couple eggs to hatch a little while ago. Only one hatched. If I remember right I think it's 6 weeks old this week. Anyway, not sure if the Delaware chick I have is a boy or girl. I'm leaning towards pullet. I couldn't get any of the legs... not exactly cooperative!

too bad you can't ship, I'd pick these up right away, I just cant drive for 6 hours though. who'd you get your stock from in MI?
