I unfortunately collect about 20 of them a night, the little bastards love our yard I saw that video and have tried cutting them into small pieces but I get the same stinkeye from the birds. I have two hens, a plymouth rock and rhode island red, about 4 months old. A month ago, they loved slugs, would gobble them down. But then, one time, a small one I fed them must have tasted bad because she spit it out and now refuses ALL slugs I give them! Is there any way to train them to...

How to hook up nipples to house water supply? Pressure reducer?

Hi all I'd like to hook up PVC with nipples in it directly to my house's water (with a backflow preventer). I figure the pressure would be too high but don't know the proper pressure range for them. Thinking maybe just hooking up a ball valve and playing with that until its right. Any thoughts...

I have 34sq ft under my deck: enough for 3 chickens?

Thanks everyone for your replies! The deck does extend from the house and is against a corner (two walls). In regards to the suggestion of not splitting the space up into a coop and run: Is the suggestion then to close in all sides with chicken wire and put a roof over the whole space? No...
