I have no idea, I'm not even sure what I'll do with the cockerels once they grow up. Maybe eat or rehome but silkie roos are not very meaty and also are really hard to rehome in my area so I'm really hoping Beth is really a pullet.
Some more update photos! This is 13 weeks! Saffron still hasn't shown a single copper feather but I can clearly see hackles, saddle and sickle feathers starting to point. He is also a lot bigger than Pepper now. Pepper stopped peeping last week, and saffron still makes low pitched peep like...
Some mother/dad and son/daughter photos!
Peach and Peppa: I don't know if it's just me but I swear I can see Peppa in Peach's eyes, they are built the exact same lol.

LOL, when you said "for your friends porch goose" before, I legitimately thought you meant your friend has an actual goose that hangs out near their porch. I was wondering how the goose will feel wearing it and whether the hat will fall off and get destroyed by the angry goose, and then I saw...
Yeah. I intentionally made the stitches as tight as humanly possible to make one perfect little amigurumi. I think if I made stitches a bit looser and still used yarn under my wrist won't hurt anymore. So I tried that on this little possum today and sure enough my wrist didn't hurt. But maybe...
I made a little Christmas Snoopy! So cute. I used yarn under single crochets for the first time and aimed to make this as perfect as possible and I really love how he turned out. But to be honest the yarn unders really hurt my hand, they're harder to do, don't always stay on the hook before pull...
Update: Moony the rooster's beard is still and I think will always be bald. Cindy's stopped being plucked and grew back. They are on different roots so I think that means one of my original flock hens is plucking Moony bald. But it's okay as he is healthy and happy as ever and my flock dynamics...
