Just make sure you buy them from a reputable seller. Some people are out just to make a buck and dont care about the eggs! Just a heads up.

I treated a group of my layers with S-P 50, an oral lincocyin-spectinomycin combination. Since it is only labeled for use in chicks up to 7 days old, does anyone know the witholding time on eggs from treated chickens. My vet advised me to use this drug, but he isnt sure how to surly say how...

I would say pullet...the barring is more refinned as with the pullet trait.

Not sure what you are looking for as far as compacity, but I would recommend the Brinsea 20 Advance EX. I paid around $450 I think.

It can be hard to tell that early, unless you have done it alot. I would support prior advice as to wait at least till day 7 or even 10.
