    is a hovabator 1602n good???

I have two 1602N hovabators and I love them. I use one with turners and a fan for the main incubator (days 1-18). I have another 1602N that i use for a hacther. They are really easy to use and control throughout incubation.

    Pipping? How can you tell?

You can also try to candle the eggs, sometimes you can tell if they have internally pipped. Also sometimes you can hear them tapping on the inside of egg or see the egg moving around.

    Adding eggs to the incubator?

3 Broodies Last Year, None This Year - Common?

Egg in puddle, Is this bad?

It will probaly ok, you need alot of moisture during lockdown anyway and now that you have moved it so it should be ok. You might be able to candle it if you are considered.

opening hatcher during hatching, high humidty outside

You can open it for a short time. Humidty is the most important after they pip anyway. Just watch your temp to avoid it from getting to low.
