Lockdown today first hatch need advise Please!!!!

Today is lockdown and i am goin to put my eggs into a cut down egg carton to hatch do i put them in small side down like they are in the turner or fat side down or do i put them on their side ???

In the egg carton I put them small side down, just like they were in the turners. I also laid a few on there side in the incubator and they did fine. But I would not put the big end down, due to fear of drowning once there internally pip.

I did not put anything on the wire bottom, but i don't think it would hurt anything if you did.

lol I understand! I don't even go to lock down until Thursday, and I'm already stressing about it...pathetic I am!

Ahh hahaha! Join the club on having nervous break downs. I went into lockdown Sunday, should start hatching tomorrow. But right after lockdown the temp spiked. I am so afraid that it hurt these little babies. Two have started pipping, so i am staying hopeful. Oh by the way for some reason it spiked to 118 degrees.
