    A day apart will make no difference at all. Many times you can set eggs at the same time and they hatch across 2 or 3 days.

    If they are too dry warm water in a spray bottle on a very fine mist will help. I would be calibrating your hygrometer after this hatch.

    Turkeys must be a second cousin to ostrich. An ostrich is the only bird I have ever known to stand outside in freezing temperatures and freeze to death, when a heated shelter is 20 feet away.
