    I had 17 chicks delivered on Friday, June 1 it's now Sunday June 3 and we have lost 6 chicks. I've never ordered from a hatchery before so I am unsure if this is the norm. The chicks have food(chick starter) water and a heat lamp. What could be causing the loss of what appeared to be happy...

    I have a 3 day old Serama chick that just passed what looked to be blood and only blood. Unfortunately I cleaned out the brooder before I thought to take a picture, I also have quarantined the chick until I could gets some info from you guys. Any help is much appreciated thanks in advance.

    I set 7 Delawares today and have a dozen Leghorns due in next week. This is my first hatch an I am already regretting going cheap on the incubator I cant get my little giant to hold the temp, I am so frustrated with it. Hopefully things start to go more smoothly.
