I bought a bunch of roos from meyer hatchery's frying pan special however, I just had one squat into the defensive position that my layers do. Do all chickens do the wings out squat? Only my layers have done it in the past.

My layers are black australorp, new hampshire red, buff orpington, auracana, easter egger, and barred rock. I wanted a variety when we started out to test out which we wanted and to get a variety of color. We had a lot more but they became the neighbor dog's food.
