I LOVE my boys! Chester & Earle(as in Steve). They are both super sweet, like to cuddle but Chester is "THE MAN " & will chase of intruding wild birds etc from his ladies. I just love them. So much fun to watch.

Awe thank you! That's Crystal lazing about in the sun @ the coop door.Her fav spot. I did the same thing after I came home from work one day, saw the girls laying the dirt not moving-PANICK! LOl... Now I just shake my head at night when they all go in for bed COVERED in dirt!
Beautiful! Mine do the same thing & most of their Food gets washed away by rain or eaten by the crows. Except in the winter like you say, then the feed bags empty out pretty darn quick.
