Geese can take up to 72 hrs after external pipping to hatch. The temp should be about 98.5 and try to get your humidity above 70%. The egg in the front looks mal-positioned but I don't see any fluid. I'd just keep a close eye on them, which I'm sure you're doing anyway. Try to keep the incubator...
800-364-4263 Arkansas Game and Fish, they're not open till Monday. Canada Geese are covered under the migratory bird act and it's illegal to keep wild caught geese. You need something that shows it's not wild caught or they'll make a stink and fine you. Just call and ask anonymously what permit...
If your not able to candle I'd give her a few more days. They don't get serious about sitting on the eggs for incubation until after the last egg is hatched. Has it been 31 days since the last egg? What type of goose do you have. Incubation is typically 28-32 days depending on breed and egg size.
From internal pip to external pip can take up to 24 hrs. From external pip to hatch can take up to 72 hrs. Geese are 28-32 days depending on breed and egg size. What type of geese do you have?
As soon as you see the air cell drop down which is usually day 25-26. If they're shaking and making noise you definitely want to stop. Some of mine were set on the same day as yours. I have 1 externally pipped and 3 still rocking away. Geese can take several days after pipping to hatch and it...
I recommend reading Pete55's guide on waterfowl. It's a sticky at the top of the goose forum. Let me know if you have any questions and welcome to BYC!
I had it happen a few years ago. My incubator had hot spots that I didn't know about. Link to everything that can go wrong during incubation and it's causes. http://ufdc.ufl.edu/IR00004437/00001
Turning them over is only done during the first week. Just lay them horizontally at lock-down and keep an eye out for malposition hatching. Statistically I think they still have an 80% chance.
Do you have a brooder set up for it? It'd clean it up, towel dry to make it fluff up and let it rest in the brooder if you can. Will dry faster outside of the humid incubator. If it dries it's like cement and hard to clean off.
I wait about 12 hours after internal pipping if they haven't externally pipped. Just a tiny hole on top to allow oxygen in but not dry them out. Hatching is the hardest time with geese. It seems to take forever and it's hard to not want to intervene too soon.
