I have a Mallard Drake who has been "gettin it on" with my 2 Indian runner hens ( and some of my chicken hens as well) my question is, will the eggs be fertile, and will the chicks be OK???? And also is this common? I tried to search the forums here, but it is soooo busy I had a hard time...

well that makes sense. compared to my friends 7 week old BO's my birds are about half the size. i thought maybe i was feeding them wrong or something. so if they are OEGB's what are they good for?

im concerned why my 5 week old black chicks are the same size as my 8 week old chicks. the light colored ones seem to stop growing. are they some sort of tiny breed or something? what do ya'll think they are? keep in mind, they are 8 weeks old and very small.

looks like the red sexlink might be correct! yours looks almost exactly the same as mine. ill post a pic of the white and the darker hens tomorow. you guys are AWESOME! i love it here.

i got these girls from a fella who lives ear me. not quite sure what kind they are. (i didnt wanna ask, cause i was acting like i knew what i was doing) all i know is that they lay eggs. haha what do ya'll think????
