Thats completley normal lol, we elevated the waterer on a board to try and prevent the litter from getting wet, i'm unsure what else you could use.

Are the temps right in the brooder, are any of the other displaying any symptoms indicating disease such as cocci? (bloody stools etc) How old are the chicks?
