    pre show bath for my chickens they look so pitiful!

    I'm only showing my cockrel and two pullets but after i washed the first one i couldn't let just a few of them look that bad:P, it just wouldn't be fair. They are very white an fluffy now so no worries.

    my first chicken that i bought at a swap! what is is?

    I know it is a wyandotte but thinking it might be a blue laced red mixed with a gold laced. I also have no idea on the gender cause wyandotts don't have a large comb like my leghorn so i don't know how to tell what it is. Thanks in advance.

    its somewhere in the neighborhood of 7 to 8 weeks old i think. and i was hoping it was a hen but it is very gentle and doesn't fight with my leghorn rooster even though all my birds are only 7 weeks old so i don't know if they would even fight yet.

    is there a white leghorn rhode island red cross?

    I have 5 white leghorns (1 rooster and 4 hens) and am am going to get two more hens and i am thinking of getting some rhoad island reds is there any recognized crosses made from these two breeds? and if so does anyone know what they are like as far as looks temperment and egg production?
