I will stop "diddling around" () but I need to order the GBS. I'm just gonna order some from amazon. And I've read around, kitten kibble is a good supplement food for chicks. I'm also giving it mealworms, eggs (with shells), sand, and I'm trying greens but not showing much interest in kale. oh...
Must share Foo Foo's life!
So she/he loves kitten chow! Everytime i put some in, she/he jumps in the bowl wiggling amd scratches all of it out. She/he loves dustbathing in food, but not in the sand. also, the balance problem and runny poop is gone.

Ah thanks for clearing that up oh, and Foo Foo LOVES the mealworms. I got a Can O' Worms from petco and I feed with chopsticks so no toe eating I guess (yet). Thank you guys!
I'm probly gonna put this quail on a farm somewhere once it's older (5 or 6 weeks? (also, i will get the feed ASAP) and try again. And email my mom tons of info (will only listen to cold hard facts.) . thank you!

Well, only some tarantulas bite. (species matters!) My tarantula is perfectly peaceful and the only maintenence is to remove prey remains, refill water, and remove any mold. I guess yearly it is a good idea to change the bedding stuff. I need some disposable chopsticks!q

ah ha! I heard about this but:
A. I'm a bit squeamish about bugs (except tarantulas)
B. I've heard you shouldn't start feeding them mealworms until they're 4 weeks old because they eat their toes thinking they're mealworms... Maybe only live ones?
I'll do my best with the mealworms...
