I use a very old trick to get my chicks to feather out, Try feeding them hard boiled eggs but just a little at first and after a few days they will eat more and more of the hard boiled eggs ..
I got the old trick from my grand paw back in the 1960's and it worked back then and I use it today .

Keep away from windows .
Keep away from sunlight .
Keep away from doors that are opened several times a day .
