So it looks like I'm getting 1/2 Black copper maran and 1/2 Blue copper maran hatching eggs, which is fine with me. Thanks for the tips! I'm flagging this for when I start them in the hatch next week. I'm looking forward to this one! I am using egg cartons also, BTW, for the eggs I'm currently...- pdholbrook

It looks like I'm getting some Black Copper Maran hatching eggs soon. I have to buy 12 minimum, but don't need that many. Anyone in or near Georgetown/Lexington want to split the order with me? They're $4 an egg and I'm picking them up in Corinth.- pdholbrook

I have 9 total, 8 hens and a rooster. 4 buff orpingtons that are grown and the rest are 9 weeks old. A rhode island red, barred rock, australorp, Cornish cross and a jersey giant roo.- pdholbrook
