Since I plan on being here at 6:00 pm today I have boneless, skinless chicken breasts marinading in this mixture right now. With that we're going to have have mashed red skin potatoes, grilled asparagus, and a big salad. Yummy... I'm ready to eat now!
We had grilled hamburgers, Spicy Jack Mac & Cheese and broccoli. I didn't mix the broccoli in like the recipe called for... because my crew don't care for their foods mixed ... so I mixed mine in on my plate.

I make this up the day before and throw it in the oven for brunch, since we're too busy with the kids in the morning to eat breakfast...

That was one EXPENSIVE roast, but DH got it on sale for a good price. I told the kids it was our formal Christmas dinner a few days in advance. We'll probably have sandwiches on Christmas.

Baked ribeye roast seasoned with a peppercorn rub, mashed potatoes made with real butter and sour cream, steamed broccoli & cauliflower, yeast rolls w/ butter.
I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO stuffed!
Today is DH's birthday so I'm making one of his favorites for him... pigs in the blanket and mac & cheese. So easy. And we'll be having that "most dangerous cake ever" w/ ice cream (from that other thread) for dessert.
We had some of the best BBQ in the state, with their delicious hushpuppies, and my coleslaw. Well, I may have cheated... A LOT... but I did contribute to the meal.

I baked those ribs at 350 degrees for about 3-1/2 hours. And the creamed potatoes (I guess I should call them "whipped" since I whip them with my electric hand mixer) had a stick of butter, half & half, and sour cream...
For tonight, because it's going to be cold (and the weather people are calling for SNOW for us tonight! )
I'm going to S L O W bake pork ribs in my Pampered Chef covered stone baker. Seasoned with loads of pepper and a little salt, I slow cook them until the meat literally falls off the...
