Sounds good!

Since it is Wednesday, it was B4D as usual - Scrambled eggs and whole wheat toast. Best of all is that DS made the eggs. DD and I are pooped from a field trip today. It was nearly 4 hours of driving so I'm tired. Having five 11-year olds in the car was easy, though. But they're tired from reenacting a revolutionary war battle all day. The upside is DESSERT! The revolutionary war reenactment is at this area known for apple growing. They make the most amazing apple pies. So, I brought home a 5 lb. apple crumb pie that I'm planning to dish up in a bit here.

I had to order it when I arrived there in the morning and pick it up still warm when it was time to leave. It smells divine!

Thank you all for your prayers. I haven't heard anything else yet.
DH took us out for mexican food last night. It was a surprise, I already had the leftover lasagna out. I found it STILL out this morning.

I HATE wasting food. Tonight is leftover pizza.

BB- We have always wanted to go there for civil war reenactments. I didn't know they also had revolutionary ones also.

Still praying for you and your family Monica.

Feed the lasagna to the chickens! We had DH company dinner the other night. At the end of the meal my friend next to me asked if I wanted her leftovers for the "girls"? Well of coarse! The next thing I knew everyone was giving me chicken food! They loved their prime rib and baked potato feast!

Sloppy Joe's and corn tonight. Chocolate pudding(cknmoms) and Lemon Bars for after!

Tonight we are having slow cooked sweet and spicy meatballs over rice. The meatballs are in the slow cooker right now and they smell wonderful! Oh..and I have two loaves of bread in the oven....

Yes they do and it was a LOT of fun! My daughter spent her morning recounting the entire day for one of my friends. Here's the link:

I'm making chicken breasts and stuffing tonight and will be serving it with steamed zucchini. I haven't quite figured out how to do the dinner - casserole style or actually stuffed. Best go and find a recipe . . . .

last night was chicken legs with a sauce of honey, balsamic vinegar, rosemary, onion and a little orange juice. Should be a little thick, lots of honey. Half at beginning of baking half in the middle.

Tonight its taco salad and deviled eggs if I ever get them on. A pound cake is currently in the oven for a church funeral dinner tomorrow. Lemon

Today is DH's birthday so I'm making one of his favorites for him... pigs in the blanket and mac & cheese. So easy.

And we'll be having that "most dangerous cake ever" w/ ice cream (from that other thread) for dessert.
