I have a home canned chili sauce, but you can buy it at the store. Just make meatballs like your would for spaghetti, lots of Italian bread crumbs, eggs, garlic powder, salt pepper..mix into 30 meatballs for 2lbs of hamburger. Fry them for a little while until all the sides are brown, throw in a crock pot with the chili sauce and some grape jelly (I don't measure) just do it until you get a tangy spicy sauce with a sweet flavor to it. You can add red pepper flakes or seasonings. I sometimes throw in a few squirts of ketchup too (I'm so scientific in my measurements:
) Slow cook on low all day. Serve over spanish rice or cooked white rice. I add a can of ro-tel stewed tomatos and peppers to the rice while it's cooking. This has tons of flavor and is very filling and cheap. The hamburger I buy is actually a 50/50 mix of pork and beef and I think it has a much fresher and better flavor.
