Last night was a shrimp pasta with sauteed onion, yellow squash, spinach, and parsley in a butter wine sauce. Tonight I am not feeling all that great, so it is rice noodle soup, green beans, and a dessert of cantelope.
Last night I had an entire dungeness crab with drawn butter and a refreshing mixed drink which was along the lines of a margarita. Pure bliss - if you are a serious crab lover.
Tonight is anyone's guess, but since it is easy and delicious I will probably be making my version of french onion...

Awww, thanks so much!! I am slowly on the mend - anxious to get back into the kitchen with all the great ideas and recipes everyone has so graciously shared. My family is sure to have a new appreciation of BYC once I start cooking up what I have learned here.
