Lobsters were on sale at the store today, so we had fresh salad w/ gorgonzola dressing and lobster for dinner. YUM!!

Chicken lasagna and steamed asparagus... Mmmm, YUM! Oh, and fresh home made bread.

Last night was a shrimp pasta with sauteed onion, yellow squash, spinach, and parsley in a butter wine sauce. Tonight I am not feeling all that great, so it is rice noodle soup, green beans, and a dessert of cantelope.

Last night I had an entire dungeness crab with drawn butter and a refreshing mixed drink which was along the lines of a margarita. Pure bliss - if you are a serious crab lover. Tonight is anyone's guess, but since it is easy and delicious I will probably be making my version of french onion...

Hubby gets leftover bratwurst and saurkraut(sp?). I learned a way of making it that isn't so sour/tart and sometimes I end up craving it for days. I drain all the juices from a jar of saurkraut then I put the drained kraut in a pot and add chicken(or veggie or beef) stock to it with some...

I really wanted homemade chicken dumpling soup, but I am sick - so I think it will just be milk toast for me.
