I have to agree with jeep guy on that one! That Salmon Ravioli sounds great too. I landed on leftovers cleverly disguised as grilled cheese! We had a few bratwurst and some onions fried in sauerkraut left over. I threw in some mozzarella cheese and grilled them. Hubby thought I was a genius. Lol

Now that's a salad! Hubby ended up with peanut butter and jelly and I had broccoli and leftover pasta. Tomorrow we pick up our nephew at the airport around dinner time, so we will eat out on the way home.

I agree, it's salad! I make a chicken bacon salad that my husband loves. He always feels like he's eating healthy when we have it. I don't have the heart to tell him, just because lettuce is an ingredient doesn't make it healthy! Burgers and baked beans sound very summery and yummy...

I do love my crock pot (s)!! I have 4 different sizes. Seriously, couldn't live without them! Enchiladas sound yummy.

Meat loaf sandwich :drool. One of my favorite things! I do love mayo on mine, and salt and pepper. If I have it, velveeta cheese. Pork Tenderloin in the crockpot here. Garlic lemon pasta for a side.

In response to the question about biscuits, I have used Chobani Greek yogurt in place of the shortening, It does lighten them up a tad and doesn't affect the flavor as far as we can tell. They still brown nicely as well.

I agree, zucchinni does sound good! We just returned from a long weekend to celebrate our anniversary. So supper is left over weekend food....smoked salmon, salami , cheese and crackers!
