Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

not sure what i'm gonna eat. Girlfriend and daughter left for vacation til sat. So its just me and the animals. I might put cornbeelf brisket in the slow cooker tomorrow and eat on it all week.

Well, I'm cooking up a BIG pot of stuffed peppers - enough for at least five meals. I'm probably going to freeze it all for future use. Had enough meat left over that I am also making a meatloaf. The Princess went to see our grand son play baseball and then to play rehearsal (yep, she's in another play). That means I am alone for supper - probably have meatloaf sandwiches.

well i forgot to defrost the cornbeef so dinner was some popcorn shrimp and a short time after a can of beanie weenies lol living the good life.

Pork chops with fried apples 'n onions! So easy, so good!

I've never made fish tacos but love to order them when I eat out! Blooie your pork chops sound great too! I had a roast beef sandwich.
