We want too,for now we have just been invading its territory.Im pretty for sure I am,they say they can be a couple acres to
Miles long, but if he is regularly trying to feed of my hens, and drinking water from my pond,I think he live not maybe but ten acres away in the other field,escpecially...
I had to update-
The chicks are doing great and have grown a ton.
The original Cochin bantams both ended up to be girls but the fox issue got worse,he ended up killing one of the Cochins and a hen of mine and tried getting two other hens but they escaped,in dealing with I believ is two foxes
But...
This will be my last post because all the chicks I actually hatched are no longer chicks their teens.
Their all doing good other then the fact they constantly keep stretching their necks? No idea why yet.
The fuzzy feet’s are getting along well and are practically just tag alongs since one of the...

Just out of curiosity,if I have to Seperate or get rid of a chick, will it stress them?My two suspect males are fighting really bad.Have calmed down, but both were scared after that,so nobody has head huncho spot right now.Have had two males nearly kill each other at this age, ones eyelid and...

Anyway, besides the bad stuff, all the other chicks are growing and doing great. Will be getting three more chicks. Also will be taking our ducks kitty pool away, they spend their time in our pond anyways.
Here the newest ones are.The Buff in the back is from long ago.The newest buff drowned.
Pretty...
Oh no,would neevr purposely put them in a pool.I just thought even if sosmthing like this did happen again, they could swim.Just figured they swimmers till exhaustion.
Update-I’m really confused on the other mother hen with the two babies.Im not sure if their abandoning her,or if she’s abandoning them .They stick together sometimes but I’m thinking their just cliquing up because that seems to be what bantams do.Soemtiems they just sit down while mom walks...
Missed judge the other mother, she is still caring for her chicks but is definitely returning to her normal self, maybe she will lay eggs and still care for her chicks.
