A lot of pus on the gauze today. I scooped out the bumble crud until I saw pink flesh from the top. Also some white, crumbly cheesier stuff. She's come a long way. Will post pics tomorrow.

So here we are day 5. Didnt do anything on day 4. I took off the vet wrap today and took a look. Bottom of foot looks healed but top looks not so great.
She is soaking in the tub for 15 mins and then I'm going to wash it and put more neosporin on it and wrap it.
Heres today's progress. Got most of it out with needle and tweezers! Yesterday I just soaked and changed the dressing with more neosporin.

I will check TSC for scalpels. They seem useful. I wonder if I can find tiny ones, or maybe little scooping ones? I need a razor sharp ice cream scooper basically.

That's so sad! Poor baby. It really is a problem that needs to be nipped in the bud. Without treatment the animal will become lame.
Advice to everyone: treat sooner rather than later! What starts out small will become a huge problem in a matter of time.
