To the bleach question: I use vinegar for a cleaner. Once you get to the clean part of the process after plucking, keep everything super clean, clean between birds, not just your surfaces, but also your knife. Just as soon as you're done gutting, and ave gotten the lungs out get the chicken...

It has been my experience that the drakes will kill the banty and the duckling will probably get stomped. I would either put one pair or the other in confinement, or off the drakes.
