Glad you liked the book and found it helpful! Yup, chickens are great for making fertilizer, for eating weeds and tilling up the soil, but you definitely don't want them spending their time in there...
They are going pretty well. We're bummed that the timing couldn't have been a little earlier (to grab all the peeps during Spring) but we'll be in a great place for next year!
