Thanks Slink, she's one of only 5 RO black mottled hens I own - there's not that many more in the UK either! I have fallen in love with this colour though, I just hope we can get them standardised in the UK soon! :)

I have to agree, I think it's a great shame that the BMs haven't been more widely bred - I know that the bantam form is quite common amongst breeders over here, we for some reason the large aren't as popular and seem to be some what neglected.
