How do I get a hold of Duane? I don't have a bator but my neighbor does maybe she can hatch them for me? or I could make a long trip and pick up chicks. Kim

You may be able to get RC Ancona eggs or chicks from Duane Urch in MN.

What beautiful chicks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have three that are about ten days old plus the HOPE HOPE eggs hatching.
This looks like a beautiful breed and am looking forward to raising them. I hope I can keep them somewhat tame. According to the people I got the eggs from they lay a bunch...
I put 24 Ancona eggs in the bator Sunday. Wish me luck. I got them from Gabbard farms and was able to meet them instead of shipping the eggs. That should help with the hatch rate.
Are the Ancona's really flighty will I have heard that they can be tamed. I like these birds but don't like the idea of them being flighty. There is a breeder/hatchery not to far from me that sells eggs.
