    I have one, thanks. When I bake my own, I make five loaves at a time so I can give one away and put a couple in the freezer. I deally, then, I only had to bake once a week. Bread machine required baking daily.

    Just that I am a self-taught cook with a loooong way to go, lol! Need all the help I can get. I watch cooking shows with my finger on the pause button bc they go so fast!     Brilliant, thanks, I will use bags in the future. I have issues digesting fat so I usually do cool it in the stockpot and skim most of it off. I will freeze the bags on cookie sheets. Thanks again.

    @BReeder! Then how do you store the stock? I tried freezing it in qt jars but it broke, even with a 3" headspace and cooled to room temp or in fridge first. The meat goes in freezer bags, obviously? Thanks.
