Like you I'm undecided. I wouldn't buy out of state birds anyway.. But hatching eggs? I think if they have a closed flock and it hasn't hit their area I would still be willing to purchase/trade eggs. They wouldn't be introduced to any of my birds for months anyway.- Allie3513
