Arkansas folks speak up.........
Hi all! We wound up with 6 roosters in our flock of nine and are wanting to butcher them. My husband and I have no experience - anyone know of anyone local to the northwest Arkansas area that would be willing to process for us? Everywhere I've looked up only does it on a massive scale.
