Ummmm, found out today that my chickens hate okra (my neighbor gave me some).........I hate it too!

Some stale crackers and a couple of handfuls of dry dog food. First time for the dog food and they LOVED it!

Stale Cheese-It crackers and frozen blueberries.

Fresh green beans (uncooked), Sugar Puff cereal, scratch and several handfuls of freshly mowed grass.

Oatmeal.....wouldn't touch it. Scratch......left all the millet. 2 Whole tomatoes......picked at them for awhile, then left them. Tomorrow...... getting NUTTIN!

I am so impressed with the variety of what everyone gives their chickens and they will eat it! Mine are kind of on the goofy side about liking stuff so I am still experimenting. Today they got a whole loaf of 5-grain bakery Italian bread that I never got around to eating, some horse sweet...

Found out a treat they don't like......the outer leaves of brusselsprouts! I gave them lot's and lot's of them last week. Today I spent awhile out in their run picking them all up.....
