Id say that was the case, I was told never above 30% with 50 eggs

I had a 95 % hatch rate this afternoon compared to my 60% that I had last month, I use a little giant bator. I only added water on day 19 just to get humidity up to 30%...
Everything is almost out of the brooder , got 2 silkies left and in a week the will be put outside to make room for my golden pheasants which r due in 9 days
The show was great I only stayed an hour but enjoyed every minute of it ,when we was leaving a women had some chickens get loose in her car and they had crapped everywhere , I know I wouldn't have wanted that to happen to me but my wife laughed all the way home
