    I got the right kind today! There's a health food store just 5 min. from me called "New Life". 1 Qt. for $5.35. Bragg brand. Now, do we shake it up before using it? or leave it as is with the mother on the bottom? Bottle says shake well before using, but they were probably counting on...

    I was planning on using it for Maintenance. But will they benefit more if it is used daily? I do have hard water! Good to know it wont go rancid in the heat. I do change the water every day, but was worried it may need it sooner.
