Dairy calves tend to be stringy and tough. That is why they are cheep. They are good for hamburger and that is about it. Dairy Bulls are mean too. You never see dairy bulls at a dairy because they are mean. They cross a nice to be around bull with the dairy cows to be safe and only after AIing...- what did I do
