    We have 2 older established trees with really good fresh eating pears but my 7-year-old pear tree that finally produced this year had small pears that weren't naturally sweet. So, I made Pearsauce today, because my husband and I thought it sounded good, so why not. :D

    So many apples! Insane. So many things didn't grow well, but cucumbers, green beans and apples were huge crops for me. No way we can pick all these apples and they're falling on the ground so the cows will get them, if the wasps will back off.
