Yes, this is a domestic stray loose in my garden. Tried for 2 days to catch him.

I'm not going to pick any more beans from the Blue Lake vines. Whatever is left will be seeds for next year.

I still have a row of Provider bush beans growing, and I think they're just about ready to start blooming.

The rattlesnake vining beans did ok, but their quality isn't as good as the Blue Lakes, so I'm thinking that I won't plant the rattlesnakes next year, but who knows. I might.

But ironically, I have another rabbit... A buck... Who was also a stray that was dumped or escaped. His name is Hazel. He lives in my sunroom.

Finally bought a new truck. It's the first big purchase/bill, besides the house, and delivering DS, that I've been excited, relieved and happy with.

I'll be happy to say goodbye to the old truck and the 4Runner.

DS and I picked all the dried beans and popcorn in anticipation of 3/4 inch of rain. It barely drizzled. So the popcorn will take longer to dry in the shed.

I found out that drinking too much water is not a good thing because it flushes all the nutrients and electrolyte out of my body. This threw me off because I love to drink ice cold water throughout the day and it's hard for me to stop.

I had been drinking water to feel full and not eat so much. I was off balance this spring and electrolytes cured it. I alternate Nooma sports drink in a box, and IQ electrolyte packet.

Highly recommend Redmond relyte.
We use that and the stevia sweetened liquid IV packets when they go on sale at Costco.

Surely I'm not the only one who gets an abhorrent aftertaste in my mouth for hours after ingesting anything containing Stevia.
