i think if you dig down 6 inches but then came out at a 90 degree angle with the wire away from the coop then you would be okay. Most pest dig right at the fence line and then they would hit the wire. You would have to just make a wider trench. Hope that makes since --dig down 6 inch, put in...

I think I have a little girl that just hatched . I am going to band all the ones I think are girls so I can try to make sure everyone gets one of each instead of all boys or all girls. Not always possible but at least with the whites I can try. Let me know when you are ready and we will make...

Hey that would be great. Right now they are either going to be cooked and eaten or just go into the trash as waste. I would love it if someone else could try and incubate them rather than waste them. Mine are so full right now and I won't have any space for a week or two when my current eggs...

I am willing to give eggs to someone to hatch and split the difference on the ones that actually hatch out. No charge just a 50 50 split on the hatched out ones. I hate to see them go to waste sitting here. I am putting in as many as I can but still they are laying like crazy. I use a...

I hatch out most but also sell eggs for $15 each and include a few iffy ones for free (iffy ones could be good or possibly frozen but I don't charge for those)since I can't possible hatch them all. If they start to gather up then I sell on ebay but hate to since shipped eggs rarely hatch at...

Buy a pack of surgical rubber gloves to wear while handling them. Might help if the reaction is just during the pregnancy. I don't think you would want to do it permanently. LOL
