. I just got a reptipro egg turner(its was very hard to find an egg turner that fit inside the cooler) maybe that will help with the egg development. If I have another bad hatch im going to buy a hovabator.

I am going look into the hova bator, sounds like a good incubator. I have a homemade one and so far my hatch rates have been horrible. I am trying to learn as much as I can from my follow hatchers to get better. Thanks for the info ;)

Well it looks like I ended up with 2 silkies and 1 black silkie that did not survive long. Rest of the eggs appear not to be alive. Kinda bummed but at least 2 fluffies made it. :(.

Hi everyone! Tonight I am setting my first batch of eggs ever! I never thought this would be something I'd be interested in, but about a week ago I went to check on the girls and found a baby! Watching the momma and baby has been the cutest thing I've ever seen and I'm am now hoping to hatch...

Yes it so good to see some good rainfall. Keep broody warm and dry so see can hatch the rest of those babies. :)

Welcome Wendy! I also got my eggs from Meyers. The eggs have been in the incubator for 9 days, all seem to be developing great. Good luck.;)
