Oh my goodness, so jealous of you! My broody is my only full speckled sussex. I love her so much. I would love to have more and a roo to go with! Same goes for golden laced wyandottes and silver laced wyandottes!

The chick is absolutely adorable. My speckled sussex is a first time broody/mama, and she is being so sweet. This chick is a mix between an EE and this speckled sussex hen. The next chick is EE dad and EE mom. Can't wait to see how they turn out!

I was able to catch a glimpse of the 2nd egg when mama lifted to adjust it. The 2nd chick has pipped! WOOOOOT! Here are a few pics for your viewing pleasure.
