I came home to a broken tree ... the one I've been worried about falling on the house. I was blessed though: the way it snapped just laid it into another tree so there was no damage to the house! Now, how to finish the job?

Great article! I went to Silk Hope's Old Fashioned Farmers' Day this weekend where some folks were cooking down some sorghum syrup. The sample of sorghum molasses they had to try tasted amazing! It's nice to learn more of the process. Thanks for sharing the article.
