Looks like you are using the clip it came with. Do not trust that clip. Add some chain to secure it please. It's also better to have it hanging pointing down but I don't think your set up is capable of that. You will need a much bigger brooder soon. They grow extremely fast. The water dish...

Can you post a picture of your brooder? They need Heat but also room to move away from the heat. Heat lamps are a potential fire hazard. Pics will help to see how you have it set up so if it's a danger you can get advice on better securing it.

They also need water deep enough they can submerge their entire bills to clean their nose holes out.

The neck looks fine to me. It just looks like he ate well. They need food available all the time while growing.

They are to young for peas or watermelon. They need chick starter and some nutritional yeast or brewers yeast sprinkled in for added niacin that ducklings require. Please stop all treats for now.

At 5 days they can be quite clumsy still. I would put paper towels down since he is slipping. Is he eating well? What feed are you using?

How old are the others? Are they moving around well? What is he walking on when he slips?

The crop is the first stop food makes when they eat. Like a pouch where digestion begins. A full crop looks like a lump.

What is the heat source in the brooder? Have you checked the temperature of the brooder?

That looks like a full crop to me. He is eating I assume. Does he walk at all?
