I just bought two jumbo pekin ducklings. Male. My duck, Baby, isn’t walking and he’s 5 days old. He has a small lump on the right side of his neck and he rests his head on the floor on the left side. His right leg is struggling. I’m freaking out.

What’s a full crop? No! He walks a tiny but he slips.

What is the heat source in the brooder?
Have you checked the temperature of the brooder?

The crop is the first stop food makes when they eat. Like a pouch where digestion begins. A full crop looks like a lump.
