Not sure what the matter was with her, but she has improved the past few days and I just put her outside with the rest of the chickens!!! I think she will have one more night in the garage and then will be good to go.
I can't decide if she is egg bound or sick. When she closes her eyes is she straining or sleeping? Do you think if I soak her in water will it make her sicker if she is sick? She has pooped again. It is green and liquidy.
It's at times like this I feel like I should never have gotten chickens. My goal was to give them the best life possible but if I have a chicken getting sick then I am doing a pretty horrible job!
How would I know if she has worms? Her laying has been all over the place for the past two months. She lays really big eggs and has had trouble in the past with laying eggs with no shells. I don't think she has lice or mites.
