Yup. Rice is a worldwide staple. Clearly it is good for you. Eat more crackle bars.
Dark chocolate has antioxidants in it and thus is good for you. I've also read that dark chocolate is good for your teeth (I forget why though). Clearly you need to eat that chocolate bar to maintain good health.
