real slowly, does it still have calories?
I just ate my lean cuisine and I'm still hungry!
It's all about soups, Baby!!
I make miso at home and eat it before a meal. It fills me up and I'm more satisfied.
That leaves me less likely to eat the whole bag of Dove chocolates....mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

I prefer the bags of hersheys minatures myself, with good reason.
The bags have dark chocolate in them. I dislike the aftertaste of dark chocolate, but I also don't like to be wasteful. So, eat a dark chocolate mini, then eat another flavor to get the taste outta my mouth, eat a dark chocolate, eat another....
Don't you know that if you BREAK it instead of bite it the calories fly out? At least that was what I was told. (Oh yeah, it was cookies not chocolate - but I bet the same principal works.)

Dark chocolate has antioxidants in it and thus is good for you. I've also read that dark chocolate is good for your teeth (I forget why though). Clearly you need to eat that chocolate bar to maintain good health.
