Mind you, something I didnt like about one of the roo's pics....does he have too many points for his comb? Maybe that is something to clean up after the colors have been true for several generations.

I don't think Jody wants to let out her secret because she had worked hard getting where she needed to be at on her projects. It was not easy but Lester was not the BEST specimen she had but as the generations goes on, the color gotten better and crossing with Orp hens she had, would strengthen...
WOW Jodi you sure came a long ways to get to the goal you need for the Lavenders. You are really getting very close, I mean CLOSE to the Orp standard to make it cookie cutting patterns on the future generations to come. I did not realize that you took a Black Orp roo to "strengthen the line" but...
