If you look at the one in the back (Benny?) closely, I think you can see a green tail feather poking out. Roo for sure. There might be a chance for Eleanor, but don't hold your breath.
Hi Mary! Congratulations on your choice! GLWs are great birds, and the breed is in need of more independant breeders. I'm sorry if you didn't feel welcomed, there can be some know-it-alls around here, but the good thing is there are a few out there who actually do know most of it.

She's just a hatchery bird, and so not technically show perfect. Most of the white will probably grow out into the proper color and she'll look a bit more 'dottey with age. She'll make a great pet.
Five month olds from Cackle Hatchery. Got these for my laying flock, and I've been pleasantly surprised by their personalities and ranging instincts. None are laying.

I think Mr. Dark Belly in the first two pics might be my "extra," he has a light streak down the middle of his back too, but I'll wait to take more pics until they're a few days older. Don't want to over-handle.
