Still running on no sleep...the egg that pipped over 6 hours ago still hasn't hatched and I'm beginning to wonder if it may need help. I can see it's beak and it's breathing normally with no signs of distress so I'll leave it be for now. My humidity must be ok cause the other three birds...

That would make a great school project, kellyn! I can't imagine anyone not wanting to participate...unless they're allergic to chickens. Plus, it's a subject you know a great deal about so practically a guaranteed A+ for you!

I'm really sorry about your chicks rsleghornchicki I only had two eggs in due to hatch on the 2nd and finally gave up on them this evening....one never developed and the other was dead in the shell. I still have 15 more that are set to hatch on Wednesday, hopefully I'll do better then.
